Hey guys, about a 2 weeks ago I accidentally put in a order for 2 AR500, round Gongs with a single hole in each, well after I placed the order, two hours later it dawned on me that I wanted double holes on each Gong. So I immediately contacted Brad, and told him my error, and Brad fixed the order before it left his Warehouse. Brad change the single hole Gongs to the double hole Gongs that same day, and got them out to me within 5 days. Brad always goes over and above for the customer. Trust me this not the first time that Brad Personally looked out for me in either my errors or my lack of understanding about steel Gongs, ge even explained to me the difference of using chains to stop the spinning I was experiencing with other materials to hang the Gongs on my range.
