I designed this target with the help of my friend Ken Nordstrom. Ken hunts coyotes both for fun and for competition and he wanted a target that would 100% mimic a real-life coyote so he could stay sharp without ever leaving his yard. Using measurements he's taken from skun coyotes over the years he figured out the golden # of 18" (watch the video if you'd like more detail). Practice on this target will get you ready for the real deal without compromise.

Bought this target along with the Gong Hanger Kit. Really like it, and will be getting more. My nieces and nephews will enjoy shooting these.

First Atlas Targets purchased

I bought my first target from Atlas and installed it on my 600 yard home range. My main focus is making kill shots on every predator we engaged therefore the animals and vitals being accurately sized is extremely important to me. I enter several Predator tournaments every year plus I am on constant patrol for them on my property. We put approx. 100 rounds through the range yesterday and I was thrilled with the performance of the facing me coyote target w/ 3" vital gong. It never moved after being hit over and over at 230 yds.
I really like its ability to easily be moved as needed to keep the challenge fresh. I will be getting more Atlas targets in the future. Can't wait for the Grand kids to come out and shoot something other than and round gong.

Very Impessed

I wanted to add a couple more coyotes to my range and wasn’t super impressed with my current reactive coyotes… so was doing some looking and came across the video explaining the theory behind the sizing… that sold me… ordered Saturday and where here Tuesday morning on the speedee van… and am even more pleased with the well thought out reactive system and simplicity of the leg kit.
